Gozo is the second-largest island in the Maltese Archipelago after Malta in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea. Gozo is a small island which covers 67 square kilometres it lies approximately 6 Km north west of Malta and is 14 Km long and 7.25 wide.

Each Town has one Parish and one feast through out The Summer time with the exception being Victoria which has 2 Parishes and 2 Feasts.
Gozo is only accessible by sea either by the Gozo Channel Ferry, which crosses from Cirkewwa to Mgarr Port. Also as of 2021 it is possible to catch a fast ferry directly form the capital city of Malta Valletta either by Gozo Fast Ferries of Virtu Gozo Ferries.
The island is littered with historical land marks and Geographical Wonders such us Wied il-Milah Window in Gharb. The island is also surrounded by beautiful beaches which attract thousands of tourists every summer.
Gozo is also very attractive to divers because of a number of dive sites located on the island. Due to the size of the island it is very easy to travel from one diving location to an other within minutes and this makes it more attractive to divers as they can visit multiple signs in as little time as possible.
